Through the website forms we collect: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the dates and details of the stay you want, and the message you send us.
Automatically, for security and statistics, we record: IP address, device and browser type, the page you entered on and the traffic source (search engine, social network, campaign).
Contact details are used solely to confirm your booking and to answer your requests.
Technical data is used to prevent abuse of the forms and to understand which channels bring visitors. We do not build behavioural profiles and we do not sell data to third parties.
Booking requests and messages are kept for 3 years from the date they were sent, for accounting records and guest history. Technical visit data is kept for 12 months.
Data is stored on the server hosting this website. It is not shared with other companies, except where required by law.
